Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for the JCPenney Portrait Team to join as Seasonal Part-Time Team Members in-store. The role offers $15.00 per hour with training in photography and sales, plus incentives and discounts.

You will capture fun photos, handle the sales process, contact clients to schedule sessions, and ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Applicants should be at least 16, with no experience required; scheduling is flexible including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience required.

The Skills You’ll Bring
