Job summary

Shutterfly’s JCPenney Portrait Team is hiring seasonal part-time team members in Mesa who bring a friendly, upbeat personality and enjoy working with people of all ages. No experience is required; paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow in retail and photography.

You will help capture fun photos, guide customers through the sales process, schedule sessions, and ensure a memorable customer experience from first hello to final print.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No experience required, previous retail, sales, service or photography experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.

The Skills You’ll Bring
