Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring for the JCPenney Portrait Team in Gainesville, FL. This seasonal, part-time position offers $16.00 per hour and a fun, energetic environment working with infants, children, and adults.

You’ll join a team focused on creating memorable photo sessions and delivering excellent customer experiences. As a team member you’ll capture photos, guide customers through the sales process, and ensure a smooth session from check-in to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Previous retail, sales, or photography experience preferred.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills; data entry.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Averages.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.

The Skills You’ll Bring
