This is a safety sensitive position in the Public Works Department performing semi-skilled manual tasks and operating automotive and maintenance equipment to perform winter road maintenance and snow/ice removal duties. This position will be an on-call or as needed basis throughout the winter months only, typically October through April.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Part-time and Seasonal Town of Parker employees have limited access to benefits which include: employee assistance program (EAP), one (1) hour of sick time accrued for every thirty (30) hours worked, and employee plus one (1) other member in your household a membership to the Parker Recreation Center and/or Fieldhouse. Hiring pay range is: $21.60 - $25.38/hr. Full pay range is: $21.60 - $29.16/hr.
The 2024-2025 winter season runs from October 14, 2024-April 10, 2025. Interviews will be continuous and ongoing until the positions are filled. This posting can close at any time.
