The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Grand Forks, ND for a part-time role to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will greet guests, assist with merchandising, process transactions at the POS, and maintain a clean, organized store while following Buckle’s policies. No prior experience is required, and flexible scheduling includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Process guest transactions at the POS.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Monitor security risks and theft prevention.
• Assist in merchandising tasks and displays up to 10 feet high.
• Keep store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Provide high level of guest service and teamwork.
