Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate for an on-site, part-time role at Village Pointe Shopping Center in Omaha. You will greet guests, assist with transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and displays to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. No prior experience is required, with benefits available after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software to complete Guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies on payments and exchanges.
• Monitor security risks and theft, and know how to prevent or handle situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, displays, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to support Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies in day-to-day work.
• Fulfill other duties and special projects as assigned.
