Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate at The Shops At Perry Crossing in Plainfield, IN. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, and process transactions at the POS to help create a fun, efficient shopping experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday periods, and a commitment to Buckle's policies and customer service standards. You will work with the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser to maintain a welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store products.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions using the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security procedures.
• Support store operations and merchandising tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store products.
• Process Guest transactions at the POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Monitor security and prevent or respond to theft.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays up to ten feet high.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Support the team and complete special projects as assigned.
