Job Overview

Deliver a seamless customer experience through expertise, ownership, accountability, and responsiveness. Provide professional service to internal and external customers, utilizing strong communication skills and effective telephone techniques. Use our industry-leading technology for vehicle glass repairs and recalibrations.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcome customers and resolve concerns efficiently, often with creative solutions.
  2. Manage calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, repairs, and scheduling.
  3. Ensure smooth operations by verifying and completing work orders, insurance, parts, and information.
  4. Handle administrative tasks like invoices, work orders, and credit memos.
  5. Review orders and manage dealer parts and accounts.
  6. Learn to repair vehicle glass through classroom and hands-on training, following the Safelite Way of Fitting.
  7. Perform repairs on chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues.
  8. Manage work orders and customer communications using MRM technology. Promote Safelite products.
  9. Clean vehicles and perform housekeeping tasks in the shop.
  10. Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  11. Operate customer vehicles and tools safely.
  12. Perform store opening and closing procedures.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies and standards.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Experience: 1-3 years in telephone operations or business administration. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 or older.
