Job summary

A seasonal retail brand is seeking a Sales Associate in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The Sales Associate will assist the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, generating sales, and ensuring store operational standards are met. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and physically capable of standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly compensation ranges from $11.80 to $12.00 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
