Job summary

A seasonal retail company is seeking associates to support store management in setup, merchandising, and teardown during peak seasons. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and maintaining store standards. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $15.25 is offered along with several employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in setup and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and manage merchandising and pricing.
