Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Milpitas, CA is seeking a seasonal sales associate to support during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with a dynamic store team during holiday, you will assist customers, maintain store appearance, and help with bagging purchases at the register.

You should be consumer-centric, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You are available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Have reliable transportation and must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management
• Basic customer service including greeting, general assistance, etc.
• Help with maintaining store appearance following our stores’ visual presentation standards through replenishment and recovery and general housekeeping procedures
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management
• Other tasks as needed

About You:

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $15.15 - $25.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
