Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations: fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
