Job summary

Belk is hiring for multiple positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. Seasonal team members will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

As part of a team, you will help customers on the floor, assist with transactions, and support behind-the-scenes processes to meet store goals and foster loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, merchandising and sign placement.
• Keep selling areas visually appealing with clean signage, tidy fitting rooms, and stocked shelves.
• Share knowledge and feedback to help teammates improve and grow.
• Follow safety procedures to protect customers and store assets.
