Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support daily operations, keep fixtures stocked, and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor. You will assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers, handle replenishment, planograms, and inventory procedures, and provide friendly guest service while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
