Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, inventory, and merchandising. You will help keep fixtures stocked, ensure product availability, and maintain store cleanliness to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires adaptability to a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on operational excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to achieving store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventories).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support integrity of store standards and guest experience through cleanliness and organization.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
