The position involves delivering on operational metrics, supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, and following processes with attention to detail. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilités

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training including brand and category education to enable development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
