Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up for a Seasonal Store.

The role focuses on guest services, staff development, and maintaining inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Candidates must be 18+, have retail management experience, and be able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Help establish and maintain guest services to drive sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and oversee merchandising and inventory control processes.
• Monitor expenses and shrinkage to protect store profitability.
