Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in performance, people, and process metrics, following procedures and dress code.

Applicants should be prepared for a flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight shifts, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS) and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code and policies.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed and faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
