Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help maintain stock, cleanliness, and efficient store operations. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes, ensuring tasks are completed and shelves are stocked.

Candidates should be able to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished, signed, and faced, with testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets through loss prevention practices.
