Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, drive cleanliness, and assist in inventory tasks. You will work under the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet sales goals and uphold standards.

The role emphasizes performance, people, and process, with duties including restocking, planning merchandising resets, and ensuring testers are available. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
