JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience through store operations before opening. This early-morning role supports the team by preparing merchandise, restocking shelves, and executing pricing and signing with speed and accuracy.

You will unload merchandise, maintain a clean and organized backroom, and fulfill online orders when needed. The position is seasonal with potential extension based on performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service and assist customers promptly.

• Replenish and restock store to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Executes pricing and signing across store merchandise.
• Replenish and restock to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare backroom.
• Maintain stockroom safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Handle online jcp.com pick up orders when needed.
• Implement merchandising plans as directed by leadership.
