Responsibilities

• Customer Service – assist customers with questions and requests.
• Executes pricing and signing – adjust ticket prices and signage as needed.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and stock in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, organized stock area.
• On-line jcp.com pick up: fulfill online orders when required.
• Merchandise strategy: implement leadership plans for product placement and flow.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information.
