Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and executing tasks to drive sales.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to follow procedures and meet performance metrics. Responsibilities include resets, replenishment, and inventory procedures, plus adherence to dress code and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and fulfillment processes.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, and back areas.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention best practices and delivering guest service.
