Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Fort Wayne is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will stock fixtures, replenish shipments, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks while following company policies and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service during peak seasons. Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are valued as you help guests and contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices); able to work independently and in a team; good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to support brand and category education and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Drive store cleanliness and maintain all areas including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
