Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager in a mall retail setting through Noor Staffing Group. The role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and manages staff for one or more seasonal locations, ensuring inventory accuracy and loss prevention while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reports to the Seasonal Area Manager; requires flexibility, availability, and travel to store locations on short notice during peak season.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A strong background in retail or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for the location(s).
• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates.
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold Hickory Farms brand.
