Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead daily operations at mall locations. Reports to Seasonal Area Manager; employed by Noor Staffing Group representing Hickory Farms.

The role focuses on achieving sales goals, managing staff, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Availability for 32+ hours/week and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with the Seasonal Area Manager.
• Lead daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location.
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure consistent execution of the customer engagement strategy: Greet, Engage, Identify Needs, Close.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience reflecting the Hickory Farms brand.
• Monitor performance issues and report to the Headway Corporate Employee Relations Specialist.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards.
