Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead daily operations across one or more seasonal retail locations. You will manage staff, drive sales, execute visual merchandising, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining compliance with company standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will train and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and upholding the Hickory Farms brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location(s).
• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with guidance from the Seasonal Area Manager.
• Coach Sales Associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and procedures.
• Ensure consistent customer engagement and delivery of Hickory Farms brand experience.
