Job summary

Hickory Farms, represented by Noor Staffing Group, seeks a Seasonal Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at seasonal retail locations. You will manage staff, drive sales, execute visual merchandising, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold standards to deliver a memorable customer experience.

The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 32 hours per week and potential local travel. Pay is $15.00 - $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management.
• Ability to travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with Seasonal Area Manager.
• Lead daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for locations.
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure adherence to customer engagement strategy: Greet, Engage, Identify Needs, Recommend, Close.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience for Hickory Farms.
• Report performance issues to Headway Corporate Employee Relations Specialist.
• Report workplace issues to Seasonal Area Manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention.
• Report injuries to corporate within 24 hours.
• Be available to visit the store on short notice, including off-hours.
• Complete training modules and ongoing learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
