Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help ensure maximum sales by maintaining guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses and inventory.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Salary is hourly and benefits include NJ Paid Sick Time.
