Job summary

Hickory Farms—represented by Noor Staffing Group—seeks a Seasonal Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage staff, and execute merchandising while maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel to nearby locations may be required. You will train Sales Associates, deliver a premium customer experience, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations, staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for the location(s).
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure consistent customer engagement and a best-in-class experience reflecting the Hickory Farms brand.
• Report performance issues to the Seasonal Area Manager and Corporate HR as needed.
