Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping periods.
• Share product knowledge and storytelling to inspire thoughtful, intentional purchases.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling service standards and energy.
• Assist with onboarding seasonal associates and mentoring team members.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities with accuracy and reliability.
• Assist with holiday inventory receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards that showcase Topdrawer’s curated assortment.
• Contribute to daily sales goals, conversion, and AOV.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
