Job summary

Hickory Farms is seeking a Seasonal Store Manager to lead daily operations at one or more seasonal retail locations. You will drive sales, supervise staff, manage merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention, and ensure exceptional customer experiences under Noor Staffing Group's representation.

Schedule is based on business needs with a minimum of 32 hours per week post-Thanksgiving; must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to stores on short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong background in retail or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates.
• Lead daily store operations including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed sales and performance targets for location(s).
• Train and coach Sales Associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience reflecting the Hickory Farms brand.
