Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with special order requests; locate merchandise; educate them in product knowledge.
• Greet customers and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Verify proper product rotation and basic stocking across departments.
• Learn company procedures via The Outfitter.
• Remove damaged merchandise and manage inventory levels.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and set store ads/signage.
• Identify and display new items with management approval.
• Demonstrate merchandising presentation skills in aisles, end caps, displays.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and store staff.
• Assist with price changes, markdowns, and labeling.
• Operate cash registers and assist customers with purchases.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Keep stockroom organized.
