Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Goodyear, AZ to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up for a Seasonal Store. You will help maintain guest services, drive sales, and supervise staff while managing expenses and inventory control.

Must be 18+ with a flexible schedule and prior retail management experience. The position offers hourly compensation dependent on qualifications, with additional premiums for setup/teardown and end-of-season

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• 8+ hours of standing and walking.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Support Guest Services and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage.
