Spirit Halloween in Yuma, AZ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, and seasonal operations. You will help set up and tear down, ensure guest services, and drive profitability through effective team leadership.

A flexible schedule and at least some retail management experience are required; you will oversee inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and adherence to company programs during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Support overall operation to maximize sales/profitability by guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory control.
