Job summary

Spirit Halloween in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, store operations, merchandising, and seasonal setup.

Responsibilities include developing staff, ensuring guest services excellence, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing inventory. 18+ required with a flexible schedule; 8+ hours standing; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
