Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Chattanooga is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, merchandising, and day-to-day operations of a seasonal store. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum profitability, developing staff, and maintaining excellent guest services. Physical demands include standing/walking for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. Competitive hourly pay is offered, along with various bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures.
