Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in Flagstaff, AZ, to support the store leadership team and ensure an exceptional customer experience for fans of music and pop culture. You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets while leveraging your fandom knowledge.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, participate in opening/closing duties, and communicate trends to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, especially customer service and sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Offer leadership support and assist store management when needed.
• Help drive sales by understanding the store plan and KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Maintain store visuals and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Handle transactions accurately and promote add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Share fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft and ensure proper store security practices.
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Support the Store Leader with any other assigned tasks.
