Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Avenger like collaboration and communication skills, as well as Captain America-like leadership.
• The usual retail stuff: stand/walk during hours, reach for merch, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that drives repeat visits.
• Lead when needed and assist store management during shifts.
• Understand sales goals and help drive key KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Cover the floor, assist with opening/closing, and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales, close transactions, and report shortages/overages to management.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion/music trend information with management and HQ.
• Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
