Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a part-time Store Support Teammate at the Crosseroads Center in Onalaska, WI. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable guest experience and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling transactions at the POS, assisting with merchandising, maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming store, and following Buckle’s policies and ethics. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store questions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days and holidays.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security risks and assist in loss prevention.
• Support Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for Guests.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest-focused service.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
