Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Ability to greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies and security practices.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to support Buckle’s mission.
