Job Overview

The Seasonal Store Crew is a temporary position designed to provide support during busier seasons. This role involves delivering excellent guest service, preparing food to high standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with orders using suggestive selling and upselling strategies.
  • Provide efficient service at the counter and drive-thru.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare food quickly and accurately.
  • Multitask by cooking multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring quality standards.
  • Prepare batches of food, operate large-volume cooking equipment, and maintain food safety.
  • Stock and rotate product inventory appropriately.
  • Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness per policies and health regulations.
  • Ensure equipment functions properly and report issues to management.
  • Assist team members as needed to serve guests better.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Learn and communicate menu details effectively.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to various tasks and schedules.
  • Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Maintain sanitation standards.
  • Accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Current Food Handler’s card (Maricopa & Pinal counties only).
Physical Demands
  • Work around hot equipment, oil, cold environments, and loud noises.
  • Remain standing for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform physical activities involving hands, arms, legs, and bending.
  • Use cognitive skills for decision-making and problem-solving during shifts.
