Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a store associate to help keep the store clean and safe while delivering a great customer experience. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with stockroom duties and omni-channel fulfillment as needed, and engage customers to offer help with products and services.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are detail-oriented, and flexible with shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Training on chemicals and equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, rotate chemicals and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical handling and equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed by guidelines.
• Utilize Kohl's tools/tech to plan, communicate and share information with the team.
• Support receiving, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.

What You'll Do

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
• Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range

Pay Range: $14.10 - $18.35
