Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.

This temporary role offers flexible hours, with opportunities to transition to regular part-time or full-time. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and select holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, and front-end operations.
• Provides exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Processes freight; stocks and replenishes merchandise per guidelines.
• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Completes assigned tasks within established timeframes.
