belk is hiring for multiple store roles across full-time, part-time, and flex schedules in the United States. Team members will help customers on the sales floor, assist with transactions, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining presentation standards. Candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable using technology on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions, returns, and inquiries professionally.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Support store operations with tasks such as store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and restocking.
