Belk is hiring for Full-time, Part-time, and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. Seasonal team members deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

In roles on the sales floor, you’ll greet and assist customers, process transactions, and help with behind-the-scenes tasks or curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and drive to achieve store objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based devices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move around all store areas; lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to create a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently and handle returns with care.
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized selling areas and proper signage; assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates and share knowledge to improve service.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and events to provide accurate information.
