Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a role focused on delivering excellent customer service and efficient store operations. You will process freight and replenishment, support omni-channel fulfillment, and help keep the sales floor stocked and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. No retail experience is required, and you must be 16 or older to apply. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership
