Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Seasonal Store Associate for on-site work in Reading, PA. This part-time role supports summer business with a customer-focused approach, working in a dynamic retail setting and collaborating with pharmacy and beauty departments to ensure excellent service.

You will greet customers, help locate items, and handle transactions while maintaining store standards and stocking shelves.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to read a computer terminal and product details.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist in locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately with cash, checks, or card transactions.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist pharmacy staff when needed.
