Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, differentiated customer service, operate cash register, stock shelves, and support store operations and pharmacy tasks.

You will work in a team environment with potential growth opportunities, helping customers with health-related needs while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to read computer screens and small print.
• Preferred: prior retail or customer service experience.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information.
• Support opening/closing store activities and store operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
