You’ll greet customers, assist with products, unload shipments, stock shelves, and follow safety and brand standards. Flexibile availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required; pay starts at $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Support store operations and product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.
